Procedure for Handling Complaints

We have zero tolerance spam policy. Your customer account will be immediately terminated without refund if we found that you send spam. Generally, spam is defined as unsolicited mass email to persons who have not requested (opted-in to) your promotion email or mailing list. Our service may be used only by businesses and organizations in connection with their established list of permission-based opt-in email addresses. We provide our SMTP service only to those who follow our anti-spam policy and user agreements. If you use our server to send out emails to addresses obtained in any way other than a subscriber opting-in to your list, you may incur a penalty by the law of HKSAR.

To determine whether you have sent spam we will:
- review the email content under investigation
- review your subscriber list for patterns common to purchased/harvested lists
- review the spam complaint by ISP or recipients
- check the records to see when the subscriber was subscribed and their IP address
